Welcome to ZRINTH. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of products from ZRINTH. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. General Use

By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only.
 

2. Product Description & Custom Orders

ZRINTH offers handcrafted products made with 99.99% pure gold, produced in collaboration with trusted third-party artisans. Each piece is created with care, using traditional techniques combined with modern design.

Please note:

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in texture, detail, and finish may occur. No two pieces are exactly alike—this is part of their uniqueness and artisanal value.

  • Frames are made from natural wood, and as such, variations in grain, shade, and tone are expected. These differences are not considered defects, but characteristics of genuine, natural materials.

  • Product images are for reference only. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, or viewing conditions.

  • By submitting a photo or text for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the content provided.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Orders must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the payment request email.

  • Payments can be made via QR code, bank transfer, or other methods offered at checkout.

  • Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
     

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping. Timelines vary by destination and order type.

  • ZRINTH is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with supporting images.
 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, product designs, and website materials, are the intellectual property of ZRINTH and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
 

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your data in compliance with the PDPA (Thailand).

8. Modifications
