1. Shipping Timeframe

Made-to-order items: Production typically takes 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping timeframe: Domestic orders within Thailand typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
For international orders, delivery may take 7–30 business days, depending on the destination and local customs process.

2. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Thailand Post, DHL, and FedEx (for international deliveries) to ensure secure and trackable shipments. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees

Domestic Thailand: Flat rate or free shipping for qualified orders (customize based on your model).
International Shipping: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customers are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by their local customs authority upon delivery.

ZRINTH is not liable for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.

We will include all required customs documentation with your shipment.

Our product is typically classified under HS Code 7114.19 – Articles of goldsmiths' or silversmiths' wares, of precious metal, other than jewelry.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. ZRINTH is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

All items are carefully packaged. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can assist with an insurance claim or replacement, where applicable.
